Comprehensive Assessment Scheme for Academic Excellence
Classes Nursery - II: Skill Enrichment
There will be no written test or exam for these classes.
There will be a Skill Enrichment Assessment of the child’s progress over the year through recapitulation worksheets.
I Term: April to September
II Term: October to March
Classes III - V: Scheme of Evaluation
Evaluation will be based on the student’s continuous academic performance during the year.
- Unit Tests: Four sets of Unit Tests (Pen & Paper) for 20 marks each (1-hour duration).
- Class V Special: Unit Test-4 will be of 40 marks (1 hour 30 minutes) except for G.K. and Computer.
- Internal Assessment: Portfolio, Multiple Assessment, and Subject Enrichment Activities (5 marks each).
- Computer: UT-1 & UT-3 are Practical; UT-2 & UT-4 are Pen & Paper tests.
Special Awards:
- 100% score in G.K.
- Full Attendance Award (Must be present on all working days including PTMs).
Classes VI – VIII: Scheme of Examination
The academic year is divided into two terms with examinations at the end of each term.

Term-II Syllabus Components:
- Class VI: 10% of Term-I syllabus included.
- Class VII: 20% of Term-I syllabus included.
- Class VIII: 30% of Term-I syllabus included.
Mandatory: Class VIII students must score >33% in III Language for promotion. 75% attendance is compulsory to appear in examinations.
General Rules & Discipline
Students found using unfair means will be awarded Zero. No retests will be conducted, and they will lose eligibility for academic awards.
